Arcoro has appointed Austin Merritt, a seasoned product leader with over 20 years of B2B SaaS experience including roles at Aha! and other companies, as its new Chief Product Officer to lead product development and innovation in HR software for construction and field-based industries, aiming to enhance solutions that help customers achieve their business goals.

(Sep. 15, 2025) - Arcoro, a provider of human resources management (HR) software for construction and field-based industries, announced that it has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Austin Merritt as the company’s chief product officer (CPO). Merritt will lead Arcoro's product vision and drive the development of new solutions and enhancements that will help customers achieve their business goals.
Merritt has more than 20 years of experience building products at high growth, B2B SaaS companies. Most recently, he was director of product management for Aha!, a SaaS platform for product development, where he was responsible for launching multiple new products and enhancing the core platform used by over 1 million product managers. Merritt has also held product leadership positions at Focus Ortho, Daxko, and Influence Health. He has a BS in management information systems from Auburn University and is a Pragmatic Marketing Certified Product Manager.
