The Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America and Arcoro have released a report titled “Embracing New Strategies to Build the Future Workforce,” which presents proven recruitment, retention, and training tactics—such as pre-apprenticeship programs, inclusive work environments, and mental health support—drawn from the 2024 National Construction Industry HR & Workforce Conference to help construction firms effectively strengthen their talent pipeline and address workforce shortages.

The report, “Embracing New Strategies to Build the Future Workforce,” reflects on outcomes from the 2024 National Construction Industry HR & Workforce Conference.
